WEST (formerly Webster) Presents “Dylan’s Dead Phish” Saturday, Oct. 18, 5:00 p.m.
Neighborhood band WEST, formerly Webster, has been performing at the Land Trust since the Dekalb Ave. mural project in 2005. Commonly referred to as the venue’s house band, Webster/WEST has raised meaningful funds for the nonprofit greenspace over the years. This year’s theme: “Dylan’s Dead Phish.”
Known for its blend of jam, rock, blues, bluegrass, country and more, the band will be joined for its annual LCCLT fundraiser by the Mosier Brothers (Jeff & John), a legacy Georgia bluegrass jam rock band. It promises to be a fun time with wonderful music, food, beverages, and enthusiastic supporters.
“The Land Trust is our Greek Theater,” says founding member and Lake Claire resident Bill Chanler. “There’s no place like it around. It brings out our best music and the engaged audience makes it a uniquely fun experience.”
Donate $10 at the door to support the LCCLT. For additional details, check LCCLT.org and and the Webster/West Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/webster.atlanta.
