The Land Trust was created by countless hours of volunteer labor. That tradition continues with our Community Work Day on the 3rd Saturday every month. Getting together to get the work done is the surest way to build and experience community! We’ll be weeding, spreading wood chips, doing special projects, and more. Bring drinking water and work gloves. If you like what you see here, plug in and participate! Rain date: 4th Saturday. (Check the website if the weather is iffy.)

These beginner-friendly Tarot classes will be a general crash course on how to give yourself and others a tarot. Learn how to interpret two types of tarot spreads, and how to read the cards with no spread at all. The first hour class (beginner) will be dedicated to the major arcana and the second hour class (advanced) will be dedicated to the minor arcana and the court cards.

We are in the dead of Winter, and it's time to get out, commune with friends and family and create some heat at our Annual Winter Dance.
Put on your dancing shoes and shuffle on down to the First E Church on Saturday January 31, 2026 7-11pm. This is a pot luck FUNdraiser, so bring your favorite dish to share, all your friends and your dancing shoes. There will be drinks available for purchase and all this for a suggested donation of $20 at the door. Our Oasis in the city is a very special magical place and without the support from you, none of it would be possible. Every neighborhood needs a Land Trust. Tell EVERYONE!

Atlanta, GA 30307 (limited parking). Walk, bike, carpool, or take MARTA (Edgewood-Candler Park Station, 0.5 miles).
• Donation: $5 requested at the gate.
Guidelines:
• No alcohol, drugs, or flash photography.
• Be mindful of neighbors—drive slowly and keep noise low when leaving.

Join us for our first annual Holiday Jingle & Mingle gathering! We’re very excited to present this extravaganza of holiday merriment! We’ll be making ornaments to trim the tree, enjoying a bonfire, and enjoying hot chocolate and homemade treats (bring a treat to swap with others). Most importantly, we’ll be building memories with our community. We hope to see you there! Festive holiday garb encouraged but not required.
We are kicking off a monthly series of informal skillshare meetups in our Climate Survival Training program that will be hosted at the Lake Claire Community Land Trust! First one just some crafting and sewing to make little gifts or ornaments... whatever you want! Its SO Chill!
Be ready to join into some conversation about the safety and security of our communities, educations we would like to see, and also general merriment and mingling. And stick around afterwards for the Lake Claire Community Land Trusts event, the "Jingle and Mingle" starting at 5pm!

Join Christina Belue for a sacred emotional breathwork experience to move suck rage, grief, and tension throughout the body - and return to your power.
Expect movement, sound, shaking, and deep release. (If you are seeking a gentle, calm session - this is not that.)
