The Compost Bins were constructed by participants in a 2016 Compost Workshop led by Corinne Coe of Terra Nova Composting, funded by a grant from the FoodWell Alliance. Fresh compost goes in the left-hand bin, which is periodically emptied into the middle bin to rest, and finally into the right-hand bin for use in the gardens. Kitchen scraps from the community are welcome, provided you follow the instructions posted on the info board next to the bins.
