Peace Garden, a circular garden with paths laid out in the shape of a peace sign, maintained by neighbor and garden coordinator Sara Gottlieb. On July 4, 2007, community members gathered to line up on the paths to create a Human Peace Sign, photographed from high in a nearby tree (now gone) by Peter Jenkins, founder of the sport of recreational tree-climbing,  for the 2008 edition of neighborhood photographer Glenn Lopez’s annual “30307” calendar.
