Mother Jaguar (Catherine Adunni) will lead the group through a program of sacred medicine songs she received on her Vision Quest, with movement, silence, and reflection. The songs are tools for transformation, used for help with grounding, healing, release, finding clarity, clearing, moving emotions, gratitude or celebration. No singing training or skills required, just sing from your heart! Bring a drum and/or rattle, any sacred items you wish to add to the altar, journal and pen, sun hat, water bottle, blanket or camp chair, and food to share if you’d like to stay for a picnic.
