Stage, built by neighbors in 2002. This was the inspiration of Mark Sanger who had directed a play under the gazebo and visualized more theatre and music productions. It was dedicated to him a few months before he died. It has been used for many purposes including weddings, memorial services, movie showings, open mikes, comedy performances. Musical fundraisers are currently held three times a year: Peace & Love Fest in the spring, Websterfest in the summer (a contribution of neighborhood band Webster) and Jerry Jam, a Grateful Dead tribute, in the fall. The first Peace & Love Fest took place April 19, 2003. ***
